| 1. Can you send me a sample? |
| Yes. Our samples are usually free of charge but we don't provide free shipping.
For international customers, if you have been using some courier service such as DHL, UPS, please advise your account number and we can arrange a pick-up by your courier at your cost. If you do not have such accounts, you will need to pay us relevant shipping cost in advance before we sending out the sample package. Shipping cost will depend on the parcel weight and destination. Contact us and our sales staff will tell you how much the shipping cost will be.
For domestic customers, no courier account number will be needed. Just pay the freight when parcel arrived. |
| 2. What are the shipping methods of samples? |
Samples are usually shipped by courier since it is fast and delivers to your door. They include:

| 3. Do you have dealers in my area? |
Please check page "Dealer Area" and click on "locate a dealer". All our dealers are listed there. If you are interested in becoming our dealer, please do not hesitate to let us know.

| 4. My order is small, can you arrange it? |
If there is no dealer in your area to service you, please contact us directly and we accept your order with any quantity. But please note a handling charge will apply to small orders.

| 5. What if I don't know how to import or cannot import and no dealer in my area? |
No problem. Our forwarders can help you. They can deliver your order right to your door at reasonable costs. You almost need to do nothing with the import until tiles arrived at your door. This is called door-to-door service. Let us know if you need such service.

| 6. Do you manufacture OEM orders? |
Yes. We have rich experiences in manufacturing OEM orders. Actually we have been partners for some famous manufacturers and retailers from other countries. Our services are not limited to simple production.

Yes.We do have a minium order quantity requirement, but this doesn't mean your order with quantity less than minimum will not be accepted. We use this minimum to calculate a best price for you. Our sales representatives will be happy to offer you assistances for your purchase.
